Instructions
Step 1
Prepare pasta per package details. Drain and return to saucepan.
Step 2
Add 3 cups of tomato sauce to pasta. Reserve 1 cup for later.
Step 3
In medium bowl, stir together egg, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Step 5
In a 4 quart baking dish, spoon half of the pasta mixture into the baking dish. Top with all sliced meatballs.
Step 6
Drop ricotta cheese mixture by spoonfuls evenly over meatball layer.
Step 7
Spoon remaining pasta mixture over the ricotta layer and then spoon remaining 1 cup of tomato sauce over the top.
Step 8
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Step 9
Bake for about 45 minutes until it is heated through completely.
