Tahini Banana Bread

Instructions
Step 1
Start by mashing your ripe bananas, it does not have to be super smooth. If they’re not ripe, cook them in the oven at 350f for about 10min.
Step 2
Mix the butter, tahini spread, brown sugar, and vanilla. Add the eggs one by one while mixing. Fold in the mashed bananas.
Step 3
Mix your dry ingredients, including the spices. Add to the wet ingredients and fold in. Then fold in the sesame and black seeds.
Step 4
Transfer to a parchment-lined loaf pan, and bake at 350f for 55-65min, or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Step 5
As soon as it comes out, brush the banana bread with melted brown butter and top with more sesame/black seeds. Enjoy!
