Instructions

Step 1
Mix 7g yeast and one tsp or sugar in a glass to start working the yeast. Let it rest until bubble and raising effect is formed
Step 2
In a bowl mix 1/2 cup sunflower oil, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 kilo flour, 1 egg together with the yeast mixture. Once well mixed let it raise in warm place until it doubles in size
Step 3
After first raise cut and divide into roll and string to start knitting the challah
Step 4
Once challah is knitted let it rest for another 1h until raising until a towel
Step 5
Mix in small bowl egg and maple syrup and brush oven the knitted challah. Toppings are optional
Step 6
Cook in the oven for 12 min at 180 degree
