bbq sauce
16 oztofu
cornstarch
kale
napa cappage
3green onions
carrot
ribboned
cucumber

cilantro
pickled jalapenos
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450
Step 2
Pat tofu dry, toss w/ cornstarch and bake @ 450 for 40 mins until golden and crispy. Toss with bbq sauce and bake for another 10
Step 3
Toss everything together
