Instructions

Step 1
1. In a bowl, mix chicken, ginger, garlic, coriander, mint, yogurt, green chili paste, cashew paste, fried onion, peppercorn, turmeric, cumin, garam masala, salt to taste, and cream then set aside to marinate for 20-30 minutes
Step 2
2. Drizzle a bit of oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden brown, no more than 7-10 minutes on medium-high heat
Step 3
3. Ready to Enjoy!
