Instructions
Step 1
1. Brown ground beef, onion and green peppers. Drain and return to pan.
Step 2
2. Add in remaining ingredients except for cheese. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
Step 3
3. Add cheese during last five minutes of cooking time. Stir until melted.
Variation: Frito Chili Pie
Step 4
Make chili as above, but line each bowl with Fritos prior to filling the rest of the way with chili.
Variation: Chili Cheese Dip
Step 5
Cube up some Velveeta or other similar cheese and place in bottom of a microwave-safe container. Fill the rest of the way with prepared chili. Microwave on High until cheese melts. Stir until combined for an awesome Chili-Cheese Dip!
