Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil.
Step 2
Add salt and butter or Olive oil, if desired.
Step 3
Stir in rice blend. Cover with lid; reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from heat and let stand covered 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
