2 servings

500 gramschicken breasts
sliced

2 packetsnoodles

1lime

plain flour

1 tablespoonhoney

soy sauce

paprika

salt

pepper

olive oil
or coconut oil

brocoli
preferably small stemmed

baby corn

Instructions
Step 1
Clean chicken using water, then lime and salt (optional flour to get rid of odour) for as long as you can (aim 30 mins). Then wash again under water.




Step 2
Cut chicken into small pieces.

Step 3
Mix honey, soy sauce, paprika powder. Add salt (TINY amount) and pepper.





Step 4
Marinate chicken for as long as you can (aim 30 mins).
Step 5
Heat oil in pan and add chicken. Stir until it is just getting golden. Don't worry about water around chicken.



Step 6
While the chicken is cooking, cut the vegetables into small pieces.




Step 7
Optional: cut some cashew nuts into small pieces and add to vegetables

Step 8
Put the noodles in a separate pan with some oil and soy sauce.



Step 9
Add the vegetables with the chicken. Cook until golden.
Step 10
Stir the noodles regularly and try to get some of them crispy.
Step 11
Add some lime on top.
