Instructions

Step 1
Bring the water and butter to a boil then quickly add the flour and stir vigorously for about a minute then remove from heat. Let the mass cool a little.
Step 2
Add the eggs one at a time and stir each one into the dough until each one is thoroughly blended.
Step 3
Place mounds of dough on a sheet pan lined with baking parchment. Use a disher or pastry bag to shape the dough.
Step 4
Bake for about 35 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool before cutting and filling.
