This is my second pecan pie. I used brown sugar in the last one and corn syrup in this one. I also added 1 more egg and 1 tablespoon cornstarch to mine.

Instructions

Step 1
Add sugar, cornstarch and corn syrup to saucepan. Melt sugar and bring to boil and boil 3 or 4 minutes. Take off heat and cool slightly. Whisk in beaten eggs, vanilla and butter, stirring quickly. Add pecans. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 for 60 to 70 minutes. Cool completely before cutting. Refrigerate.
