Instructions

Step 1
Cook quinoa according to package directions. It should come out to roughly 2 cups after it's cooked. Let it come to room temperature. Whisk all wet ingredients and seasonings together in a large bowl. Once thoroughly whisked, add all other ingredients to the bowl and mix well. Chill and serve.
