🌱RECIPE, lends 4 servings:
2 cups noodles of choice, cooked and cooled
1 375g package, extra firm tofu, chopped & air fried
1/2 cup red cabbage
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 carrot, ribboned
1/2 cup cilantro, diced
1 broccoli head, diced
1/4 cup peanuts, crushed

🌱Dressing:

1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 lime, squeezed
.
Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Prepare the dressing in a jar, and whisk until smooth. Pour over top, toss, and enjoy!
