Instructions

Step 1
start by slicing your red onions into thin strips. Add to your air fryer and set to 170c. Drizzle with olive oil and add your balsamic vinegar, stir well and pop on for about 10 minutes. Stirring in the middle.
Step 2
Then add a dash of olive oil and season your steak well. Add to your air fryer on 200c for 5 minutes, stirring in between. If you like your steak more well done, then cook for a further minute or two. But remember that cooking times may vary depending on what type of air fryer you use.
Step 3
Then remove your steaks from the basket and leave to rest for a few minutes. Slice up your steaks and place into a fresh baguette, spread with a table spoon of bernaise sauce. I like to serve my air fried steak baguette with some crunchy crisps, potato chips, wedges or French fries.
