Instructions
Step 1
dice all vegetables & herbs and place into a bowl
Step 2
chop your calamari rings and blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain in strainer. rinse under cold water
Step 3
mix vegetable & herb mix with calamari
Step 4
squeeze lemons, limes, and orange juices
Step 5
mix well. adjust with salt + pepper and store in fridge for 1-2 hours
Step 6
enjoy with chips
