Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350* F.
Step 2
2. Add non stick spray to muffin pan.
Step 3
3. Chop vegetables (what I used is listed above but feel free to modify), canadian bacon, and measure out 1/2 cup of FF cheese.
Step 4
4. Add 1/4 C of Egg Whites and even amounts of vegetables, canadian bacon, and cheese to to each muffin cup.
Step 5
5. Bake in oven for 23-27 minutes and let them cool for 10 minutes prior to storing them.
Step 6
6. Serve with your sides and/or toppings of choice (potatoes, low calorie, salsa, guacamole, etc.)
Step 7
7. One serving is 4 egg white cups.
