Delicious homemade Chili
There’s nothing like a big bowl of hot chili on a cold winters day. I love my chili with a big dollop of sour cream, jalapeño slices and shredded cheddar cheese…..
——Chili 🌶 ingredients——
-1 pounds of ground beef
-2 packets of chili seasoning
-1 medium onion chopped
-3 cloves of garlic chopped
-1 bell pepper (any color)
-1 14.5oz can diced tomatoes
-1 can of red kidney beans
-1 can of Great northern beans
-2 tablespoons of tomato paste
-2 cups of beef broth
-1 teaspoon of chicken bouillon
-1 teaspoon Black pepper

1️⃣ Brown the ground beef then add in the garlic, onion and bell pepper and cook for a couple of minutes.
2️⃣ Then add in the diced tomatoes, great northern beans, Red kidney beans, chili seasoning mix, Chicken bullion, black pepper and tomato paste and give it a good mix.
3️⃣ Add the beef broth cover and simmer on medium to low heat for 30 minutes and enjoy.
