Instructions
Step 1
Cook linguine to package instructions. Don’t forget to salt your water!
Step 2
Chop vegetables while pasta is cooking.
Step 3
Save 1/2 cup pasta water.
Step 4
To a large heated sauce pan add Italian dressing and carrots. Cook until carrots are softened.
Step 5
Add in zucchini, garlic, and green onions to the sauce pan and sauté.
Step 6
Add wine and pasta water. Bring to boil.
Step 7
Add shrimp and lemon zest. Reduce heat and toss together.
Step 8
Top sauce pan with pasta and leave like a lid for 1 min. to cook the shrimp.
Step 9
Toss together. Once shrimp is pink, take off heat.
Step 10
Garnish with basil and lemon juice to serve!
