Step 1
Soak the rice in water for at least couple of hours, blend into a smooth and creamy consistency in a blender. Add chopped celery to medium pot along with chicken stock and precooked shredded chicken then add the rice mixture to the pot with lots of Whisk on medium heat, add the squeeze lemon, let it simmer on medium heat till it thicken.
