Step 1
Warm the chicken fat in a pan and fry the rice and onion until they sizzle, stirring all the time to prevent it burning. Add the chicken jelly, garlic and the chicken cut into cubes or bitesize pieces.
Step 2
Add a third of the chicken stock
Step 3
Add mushrooms and vegetables
Step 4
Continue to add the stock until the rice is cooked or some white wine if preferred
Step 5
finally add the cream cheese and stir in
Step 6
Allow to cook through for 10 minutes
Step 7
Serve on a warm plate and grate some full flavour cheese on top
