Ingredients

12 ozchicken sausage
cut into 1" rounds
12 ozbacon
cut into 1" rounds
¼ cupolive oil
1 Tbspcoconut aminos
1 Tbspdijon mustard
1 tsponion powder
½ tspgarlic powder
½ tsppaprika
½ tspsalt
¼ cupmayonnaise
2 tsphot sauce
0.5butternut squash
cubed
4 cupbrussels sprouts
bottoms cut off, halved
1 tspgarlic minced
1red onions
cut into large chunks
1apples
peeled, diced
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425°F (215°C) and line a baking sheet.
Step 2
Place the sausage and bacon pieces on the baking sheet and cook for 12 minutes.
Step 3
Prep the apple and all of the vegetables while you wait, adding them all to a large bowl.
Step 4
Make a marinade by whisking together the olive oil, coconut aminos, mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Add the marinade to the veggies and coat well.
Step 5
Once the sausage and bacon are ready, pour the veggies onto the baking sheet, tossing the ingredients together. Return to the oven for 25 minutes until the vegetables are cooked to your liking.
Step 6
Serve with garlic aioli. Simply combine the mayo with some garlic and hot sauce and you’re good to go.
