Instructions
Step 1
Remove tops and insides of the peeper, cut in half. Blanch the pepper in boiling water for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
While the pepper is blanching, saute the mushrooms and onions.
Step 3
Fill the peppers with meat and veggies. Top with cheese and oregano. Bake at 350⁰ until the cheese is melted. Top with oregano and serve hot.
