Instructions

Step 1
Turn instant pot to Sauté high and add beef. You may need to do this in multiple batches to not over crowd
Step 2
Add all ingredients except water, cheese, macaroni and eggs stir and cook on manual high 25 minutes
Step 3
Natural release 10 minutes then quick release
Step 4
Add macaroni and 1/2 cup of water and turn sauté on high add glass lid. After a minute begin stirring constantly so macaroni won’t stick. This should take 7 to 8 minutes and may need to add another 1/4 cup of water as needed.
Step 5
While cooking the macaroni fry one egg sunny side up per person.
Step 6
Add chili to bowl add cheese and cover with egg
