Instructions

Step 1
Heat ghee in a pot. Add grated carrot and cook till they are wilt and soft.
Step 2
Add milk and cook on slow flame till all the milk is evaporated.
Step 3
Now add khoya, sugar and cardamom powder. Add dry fruits and mix well. Cook for 4mins and switch off the flame. Serve hot or cold.
