Instructions

Sauce

Step 1
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.

Omelette

Step 2
Dice the onion and slice the tomato.
Step 3
Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the seasoning and whisk until well combined.
Step 4
Heat the butter in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the onions and pepper. Fry for about 2min until soft and slightly brown.
Step 5
Add the eggs and cover the bottom of the pan completely. Fry the eggs for about 1,5min until the egg begins to set on the surface.
Step 6
Now place the wrap on the eggs and press down with your hand. Fry for another minute. Then turn the wrap with all the egg.
Step 7
Place the salad and tomato slices on one quarter of the egg wrap and the salmon on the other quarter. Drizzle the sauce over the salmon.
Step 8
Now fold the uncovered tortilla half onto the covered one. Then fold again so that a triangle is formed.
