Instructions
Step 1
Heat 1/2 tbsp of butter in a nonstick pan. Add sliced mushroom and fry over a high heat. Stir and toss until sauté. Take out of the pan and set aside.
Step 2
In a bowl add cracked eggs, salt, pepper and milk. Whisk to combine.
Step 3
Place frypan on the medium heat, add 1 tbsp of butter. Pour egg mixture evenly and swirl the eggs when little cook outside and spread the mixture on sides.
Step 4
Sprinkle the cheese on top when egg little cook and firm but still raw and let it melt.
Step 5
Add mushroom on one side, crushed black pepper, crushed chillies and spring onions(green part), chopped parsley and fold it over with spatula one side in half.
Step 6
Remove from pan, transfer on plate and serve.
