Whisk sauce ingredients in a bowl 2. Dice veggies and crumble tofu 3. Saute veggies and tofu in a nonstick pan until the water is cooked out (10 minutes) 4. Add the hoisin sauce and cook on medium low and simmer for 10-15 until the sauce thickens 5. Add the mixture to your lettuce cups and top with garnishes! 6. Enjoy!
