Step 1
Für das Pesto Basilikum und Rucola
waschen und trocken schütteln.
Basilikumblätter abzupfen. Pinienkerne
ohne Öl in einer Pfanne rösten und
anschließend abkühlen lassen. Knoblauch
schälen und zusammen mit den restlichen
Zutaten in einem hohen Gefäß mit einem
Stabmixer fein mixen.

Step 2
Backofen vorheizen (Ober-/Unterhitze: 200 C/Umluft: 175 C). Tomaten waschen
trocken tupfen und vierteln. Ricotta mit Salz
und Pfeffer abschmecken. Lasagne in der
Auflaufform abwechselnd mit Ricotta, Pesto,
Tomaten und den Lasagneplatten
schichten. Auf der mittleren Schiene ca. 45
Minuten backen.
