Instructions

Step 1
Dice the chicken into small pieces.
Step 2
Marinate the chicken with some soy sauce, salt and white pepper.
Step 3
Finely chop the spring onions and onion.
Step 4
Add oil to the wok. Add the eggs and scramble lightly so that they are soft and fluffy. Once done, remove the eggs from the wok and set aside.
Step 5
Fry onion and garlic.
Step 6
Add diced chicken and fry until chicken is cooked.

Add rice and mix.

Add salt and white pepper. Mix until there are no more clumps of rice.
Step 9
Add egg. Mix to break up eggs.
Step 10
Taste and add salt if necessary.
Step 11
Add the spring onion. Mix well.
