"Scalloped" Potatoes Side Dish

They are super creamy, with a tiny crisp around the edges that go with any main course AND look fancier than they truly are.

Instructions

Step 1
Thinly slice potatoes and layer around pan.
Step 2
Melt butter in the microwave and add in chopped thyme, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper and pour over potatoes.
Step 3
Gently pour heavy cream over potatoes and drizzle with olive oil.
Step 4
Bake at 400 degrees for about 45 min.
