Instructions

Step 1
1. Wash and cut up Broccoli. Steam Broccoli for 5 minutes

2. Scramble 8 eggs in a large bowl

3. Add cottage cheese to bowl of scrambled eggs. Blend. Add half & half, combine.

4. Wash and chop spinach. Then add to egg mixture.
Step 5
5. Put steamed broccoli evenly in baking dish.
Step 6
6. Pour egg mixture over the broccoli, be sure to not displace broccoli
Step 7
7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese oved top.
Step 8
8. Bake until set. About 30 minutes at 350°F.
