Instructions
Step 1
Trim meat from the bone, and brown together
Step 2
Saute the soffritto mix with the meat
Step 3
Add the chicken stock powder to the water and add to the pot
Step 4
Rinse the barley and soak for 1 hour
Step 5
Add all the vegetables
Step 6
Simmer for 1 hour
Step 7
add the washed barley, salt & pepper and tomato puree and simmer for 1 hour
