Step 1
1. Season salmon with salt and Island Citrus Blast seasoning
Step 2
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium high heat and sear salmon on both sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

3. In a saucepan, add orange juice, garlic, honey, soy sauce and bring to a simmer until thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Line skillet with sliced oranges and place seared salmon on top. Pour orange glaze on top and bake salmon on 400 degrees until desired doneness. Serve with white rice and veggies.
