Instructions
Step 1
Chop the onion and garlic finely and the mushroom into thick strips. Sauté onion, garlic and mushrooms, with salt and pepper, in a pan on medium heat with the olive oil. Cook for 7-8 minutes until the mushrooms have let go of most of their water
Step 2
Add the sauces to the pan directly, mix them around until evenly spread, and add ½ cup of cold water, mixing some more. Cook for another 5 minutes
Step 3
Add the heavy cream and, after mixing, let cook for 10 minutes, reducing to the desired consistency
Step 4
Serve topped with parsley or cilantro, alongside rice and stringy potatoes
