Step 1
Heat the cooking Oil in pan
Step 2
Once the oil become hot. Saute garlic and onion
Step 3
Put-in the pork and then cook for 5 mins. or until color turns to medi brown.
Step 4
Pour-in half of the beef broth. Let boil and simmer umtil the liquid totally evaporate.
Step 5
Put-in the cabbage. Cook for 1-2 mins.
Step 6
Add the red bell pepper. Stir and cook for 1 min. more.
Step 7
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 8
Pour-in remaining beef broth. Let boil. Stir.
Step 9
Transfer to serving bowl!
