Instructions
Step 1
Add all ingredients (minus salsa and sour cream) to a mixing bowl and combine
Step 2
Lightly spray a muffin tin with butter or oil
Step 3
Spoon about a 2 teaspoons of the mixture into each individual muffin tin
Step 4
Place pickle on top of mixture
Step 5
Add another teaspoon of the mixture on top of the pickles
Step 6
Bake at 350°F for 16-18 minutes, broil on low for the last minute or 2
Step 7
Top with salsa and sour cream
