Bacon Spinach Breakfast Casserole with Gruyère

Took the tip of other reviewers and added a 1/2 top of adobo and a 1/4 tsp of paprika and a lot of black pepper. Still could have added more adobo I think.

Add seasoning of your choice

I only used 4 slices of bacon. Would probably do all 8 next time. Used onion in place of shallot. Was underwhelmed. Needs more seasoning. Also didn't need to broil. The cheese browned nicely in the 35 min.
