Instructions
Step 1
1.) Preheat oven to 350.
Step 2
2.) Grab a muffin tin and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 3
3.) Use a ham slice that is slightly bigger than each cup and fold the edges to get it to fit as best you can.
Step 4
4.) Shred up some Swiss cheese. Place it in the bottom of each ham cup.
Step 5
5.) Top the cheese with shredded chicken. I had leftovers from meal prep but a rotisserie chicken works perfectly too!
Step 6
6.) Sprinkle some seasoned panko breadcrumbs on top of each and finish with a thin butter pat.
Step 7
7.) Season with salt, pepper and parsley.
Step 8
8.) Bake for 20-25 min. The breadcrumbs will be golden brown and the ham edges slightly crispy.
Step 9
9.) Finish with Swiss cheese cream sauce or a sprinkle of Shredded Swiss (mozzarella works great too).
