Instructions

Step 1
Slice garlic and ginger into small pieces, and then slice Thai chili pepper into small size. Clean and drain sweet potato leave tips, set aside.
Step 2
Heat up lard or any cooking oil in a skillet over high heat, and then adjust heat to medium when you add sliced garlic, ginger and chili in the oil. Stir until aroma comes out. Further add salt to mix. Quickly add in drained sweet potato leave tips in the skillet and stir fry on high heat for a minute. Season with some chicken powder, mix well and serve immediately~
