Instructions
Step 1
Slice chicken breast and all vegetables into strips and mince ginger
Step 2
Set a deep pan on high heat and add the avocado oil and sliced chicken breast. Top with salt and pepper. Cook until done.
Step 3
Remove the chicken breast and set aside. Lower the heat to medium.
Step 4
Add in the sliced vegetables and ginger. Cook until tender.
Step 5
Add the cooked chicken back in as well as the chicken stock.
Step 6
In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut aminos and potato starch to create a slurry. Pour it into the pan.
Step 7
Drain the konjac noodles and add it into the pan. Mix until everything is well combined.
