Step 1
Cut tofu into chunks and coat in 1 tbsp cornstarch. In a wok over medium high heat add oil. Stir fry tofu until browned.
Step 2
In a small bowl combine dark soy sauce, soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, ginger and msg.
Step 3
In the same wok, add veggies and stir fry until cooked. Add tofu and cooked noodles along with sauce. Toss until coated.
