Ingredients
5 servings
700 gmchicken mince
beef or lamb mince will work too
6 clovesgarlic
3green chili
2red chili
optional
1red capsicum
mint leaves
coriander leaves
1onion
large
chili flakes
according to your taste
1 tsppaprika
al
cayenne
option
1 tspnchili powder
¼ tspgaram masala
1 tspcoriander powder
1 tspncumin powder
1 tspnsumac
salt
to taste

Instructions
Step 1
-in a blender add an onion, garlic, chili, capsicum, coriander, leaves and mint leaves.
Step 2
-Squeeze out the excess water and add to the chicken mince along with the spices.
Step 3
-mix everything together and refrigerate for 30 mins
Step 4
- form into kebab shapes or any shape that you like (balls, patties etc).
Step 5
-Fry a small piece in pan so you can taste and adjust the seasonings.
Step 6
-You can even freeze them at this stage.
Step 7
-brush the kebabs with oil and grill, air fry or pan fry. -Air fry at 200c for 10 mins or until cooked through.
Step 8
-serve with rice, roti or salad.
