Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan forced
Step 2
Mix seasoning for chicken in small bowl
Step 3
Place chicken in baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil before coating with seasoning. Most seasoning should go skin side up
Step 4
Whisk flour with stock until no lumps. Add pepper and rest of stock
Step 5
Bake uncovered for 50 minutes
