Instructions
For the pork chops
Step 1
Pat the pork chops dry

Step 2
Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder on both sides



Step 3
Into a pan add your oil. Once it’s hot add your pork chops and sear for 5 minutes on each side




Step 4
Remove pork chops and set aside
For the sauce
Step 5
In the same pan add your butter, garlic, honey, apple cider vinegar and water and let it reduce for 5 minutes







Step 6
Once reduced, add pork chops back into the pan, cover with a lid and let simmer for 5 minutes




Plating
Step 7
Garnish with parsley and serve!
