Nothing like a big bowl of Mac and cheese and adding Buffalo chicken just makes it 10 times better!!
——Mac and cheese——
-1 pound of elbow macaroni(boil for 8 minutes)
-8oz of Sharp cheddar cheese
-8oz of Gouda
-8oz of Monterey Jack
-3 cups of milk
-1 cup of heavy cream
-1/4 cup of flour
-6 tablespoons of butter
-1 teaspoon of chicken bouillon
-1 teaspoon paprika
-1 teaspoon of garlic powder
-1 teaspoon of black pepper
-1/3 cup of Buffalo sauce
:
——chicken——
-2 chicken breasts (cut into bite-size pieces)
-1 cup of milk
-1 tablespoon lemon juice
-1 cup pickle juice
-1 teaspoon paprika
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
-1 teaspoon onion powder
-1 teaspoon salt
———marinate the chicken for about an hour or more if you have the time.
