Instructions
Step 1
Start by adding milk into the bottom of the blender, to keep the blender going.
Step 2
Then drop the frozen pineapples and half the frozen (and ripe) banana into the blender.
Step 3
Start slowly on low setting blending the 3 ingredients, until they are getting medium smooth. Help with a temper, as you haven't used much liquid.
Step 4
Now you can add chia seeds (optional), protein powder (optional) and dragon fruit powder and frozen strawberries.
Step 5
Finally, blend all ingredients until smooth. Add more milk if needed. Or blend it longer if you want it to be a thinner consistency. Tada! Enjoy your tropical breakfast smoothie :)
