Hamburger helper This quick and easy one pan meal tastes so much better than the box version! 1 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 pound ground beef 1 onion diced 1 1/2 cups elbow pasta 1 tablespoon tomato paste 3 cups water 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce In a skillet over high heat brown ground beef. Add in onion and seasoning. Once fully cooked add worcestershire and tomato paste Mix well to combine. Stir in pasta. Add water bring to a boil cover and reduce to simmer for 10 to 12 minutes until pasta is fully cooked. Stir in sour cream and cheese until melted and combined. Serve and enjoy! . . .
