Instructions
Step 1
Mix 2 Eggs with 150 g (5.4 oz) Sugar and 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract to smooth consistency. You can use a mixer or a whisk.
Step 2
Add 2 drops of Orange Oil, and Zest from 1 Orange. Combine everything together.
Step 3
Mix in 60 g (2.2 oz) Unsalted Butter at room temperature
Step 4
Combine Dry Ingredients: sifted 60 g (2.4 oz) Unsweetened Cacao Powder, 130 g (4.6 oz) All-Purpose Flour and 6 g (0.2 oz) of Baking Powder.
Step 5
Add Dry Ingredients to the Dough. Evenly mix together, so all the Ingredients are perfectly combined.
Step 6
Chill the Dough in a fridge for about 1 hour. This is an important step to make the Dough manageable. You can chill it overnight as well and cook it the next day.
Step 7
Roll the Dough into the balls. Coat each ball with Powdered Sugar.
Step 8
Place Cookies on a sheet pan covered with parchment paper. Bake at 375F (190C) for 10-12 minutes.
Step 9
The baking time depends on the size of the cookies. The beforementioned time is estimated for a 1 tsp sized cookie.
Step 10
Let it cool down and enjoy!
