Step 1
Wash and trim tenderloin. Place onto a foiled pan. Season with salt pepper oregano and olive oil make sure it’s coated evenly. Combine butter and garlic and rub all over the tenderloin on all sides. Roll up the tenderloin in aluminum foil place in a roasting pan add water and bake at 350° for 1 hour. For a more well done bake an additional 20-30 minutes. Rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serve with the pan drippings.
