Step 1
Cook onions until soft

Add curry powder and paprika and cook for one minute. Using your hands, crush the tomatoes and and them to the mix

Stir sugar, vinegar, ad salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer for 25 mins

Place in a blender until smooth
