Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar.
Step 2
Pour the milk, water, and oil into the whisked dry ingredients and mixing with a spatula or wooden spoon. The batter should be a bit lumpy.
Step 3
On the stove heat a pan on medium-low and coat with non-stick spray or butter.
Step 4
Using a ladle or large spoon, scoop a spoonful of batter into the pan.
Step 5
Allow the first side to cook, about 2 minutes. Look for small bubbles to form and pop all over the top of the pancake.
Step 6
Using a turner spatula, flip the pancake over, and allow the other side to cook until golden brown, another 2 minutes.
Step 7
Remove pancake from pan and serve immediately.
Step 8
Repeat until all batter is used.
